The Committee visited the International Department of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. They were warmly received by Director Peng Xiubin of the First Bureau and Director Zhao Qiang. Both sides discussed strengthening technology cooperation and exchanges between the two countries, with Director Peng Xiubin expressing full support for the Committee’s efforts.

The Committee’s delegation visited China Siwei Surveying and Mapping Technology Co., Ltd. to explore opportunities for technology transfer and cooperation between Malaysia and China in the field of satellite remote sensing data analysis.

The delegation officially visited the China Science and Technology Exchange Center, under the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology, to jointly promote a Malaysia-China technology cooperation forum and the establishment of joint laboratories.

The delegation visited AsiaInfo Technologies Co., Ltd. to explore opportunities for overseas cooperation in artificial intelligence, big data, and energy-saving management.

The Committee visited Malaysia’s Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Zheng Likang, to report on its recent key initiatives.
