About Us
The Malaysia China Technology Promotion Association (MCTPA) is a national organization dedicated to advancing innovation and technology exchange between Malaysia and China. We serve as a dynamic platform where industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and policy influencers converge to explore, adopt, and promote cutting-edge technologies. Our role is to bridge the gap between two thriving technology ecosystems—fostering strong collaborations and strategic partnerships that drive growth and sustainable development in the tech sector.
Organizational Mission
Promote technological industry cooperation between the governments and enterprises of Malaysia and China, and provide advisory proposals to support the development of Malaysia’s technology industry.
Organizational Positioning
- Advisor: Serve as an advisor for technological industry cooperation between Malaysia and China by connecting governmental requirements and proactively seeking cooperation opportunities.
- Promoter: Act as a promoter for technological industry cooperation by centering on government collaboration intentions, actively tracking, coordinating, and advancing the implementation of cooperation between institutions and enterprises on both sides, and promptly publicizing the results.
- Communication Bridge: Function as a non-governmental communication bridge for technology cooperation by fully leveraging the technology transfer policies of both governments, actively facilitating the implementation and application of technological cooperation between enterprises, and assisting companies in obtaining policy support from both governments.
